East Sussex Reptile and Amphibian Society

Welcome

We are ESRAS, the East Sussex reptile and amphibian society, a group of enthusiasts and experts who share a passion for keeping reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Many of our members keep and breed reptiles, and have years or knowledge and experience, and between us we own a very wide range of animals from corn snakes, royal pythons and boa constrictors, to monitor lizards. So feel free to contact us if you need any help or advice, or just want to learn more about keeping reptiles. Or come along to our monthly meetings or summer shows, a warm welcome is always waiting.

The society is based in East Sussex but also covers the surrounding areas, with members coming from all different parts of east and west Sussex. We have monthly meetings where everyone and anyone is welcome to come along, learn more about reptiles, or see and handle some snakes and lizards. Bring the kids! If you enjoy it we'd love you to become a member. We also put on many reptile displays at shows and fetes in the summer months, where the general public can come along and handle and learn more about these amazing animals. We also try and find new homes for reptiles in need of rescuing or just a loving new home, from members of the public or specialist rescue organisations. So please feel free to contact us if you have a pet that you can no longer care for, and needs a new home.
